Products must be returned in sealed vials or original packaging within 30 days of shipment date. If over 30 days, an exchange order of equal or greater value must be placed. Product must be eligible for resale.
You may return your unopened product for a full refund to your original payment method minus the shipping cost.
Product replacement will be issued if there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or labeling error.
Implants that fail to achieve osseointegration are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Please fill out Customer Feedback Form and email it to us at [email protected].
I3 Implant does not accept return of drills or surgical instruments removed from their original package for reasons of cutting edge wear or rust formation due to handling variables outside our control.

Customers can receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number after initiating a return and will be notified of the status via email.
